Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks (PDF format) are final. We do not offer refunds for eBook purchases unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the file that we are unable to resolve.
Refunds for Podcast Editing Services
If you are unsatisfied with our Podcast Editing Services, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided that the editing work has not yet been completed. If work has already commenced or been delivered, refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may apply depending on the progress made.
Additional Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- eBooks in PDF format (except in cases of technical issues preventing file access)
- Sale items (Only regular-priced items may be refunded)
Third-Party Products and Services
We may promote or advertise third-party products and services as part of our affiliate partnerships. Please note that refunds for third-party products and services are subject to the respective third-party provider’s refund policies. If you have an issue with a third-party product or service, please contact the provider directly for their refund or return process.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
