This machine is manually-operated and includes an electric-driven milling cutter that can mill deep grooves in the book spine such that the firmness of the binding is greatly improved. It can achieve the level of big printing factories. With its temperature-controlling knob, the temperature can be adjusted for different types of melt glue, environment, and energy requirements. The binding quality is highly improved regardless of which kind of adhesive is applied. With the unique hardcover groove-pressing plank, the machine can bind hardcover books as well as softcover books.

FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS

The adhesive-brushing system is optimized such that it can brush adhesive flatly and evenly. The side-adhesive brushing system allows for firmer binding and ensures that pages don’t come loose.

The double-heater function can heat the adhesive fast and thoroughly, thus avoiding the aging and carbonizing of adhesive. The adhesive is transported on double rails, ensuring that the adhesive is brushed evenly and precisely, and avoiding the deviation brought by the metal-sheet structure. There’s an adhesive filtering stub that prevents jamming of the adhesive pot by impurity.

Clamping device is made from special material for better clamping. It is suitable for A3-sized papers and lesser without additional adjustments. Positioning device makes it easy and convenient to bind hardcover books.

The milling cutter device solves the problem of miniaturization of milling cutter for big printing factories. The dynamic balancing milling cutter can mill the book spine deeply and it doesn’t block the paper. In addition, the side-gluing function helps to enhance the binding quality to that of a professional printing factory.
